Krappy Kamera 2015 - NY

I am very excited that my photograph "Fish" has been selected for the Krappy Kamera 2015 gallery exhibition at the Soho Photo Gallery in New York city. Krappy Kamera is an international Juried Competition of images taken with a plastic lens or pinhole. The 2015 juror was Miriam Leuchter, editor-in-chief of Popular Photography Magazine. The reception for the show is Tuesday, February 3rd from 6-8pm and the show will run through February 28th. Center for Photographic Art’s 2014 Juried Exhibition - Carmel, Ca.

Happy new year everyone! I am very excited that my photograph "Mono Lake Area 02" has been selected for inclusion in the gallery exhibit as part of the Center for Photographic Art’s 2014 Juried Exhibition.

My photograph "Spherical" has also been selected for inclusion in the galleries online exhibit.

The exhibition juror is Diana L. Daniels, Curator of Contemporary Art, Crocker Art Museum, Sacramento, CA. 

 The opening reception for the show is Saturday, January 11 from 4:00-6:00 pm and the show will run through March 1st, 2014. Be sure to check out the lecture by Diana Daniels prior to the exhibition opening. The lecture is being held at Carpenter Hall from 3:00-4:00 pm.

6th Annual International Juried Plastic Camera Show - SF

I am honored that my photograph "Fish, Dunsmuir Ca" will be included in the 6th Annual International Juried Plastic Camera Show at RayKo Gallery in San Francisco.

The 6th Annual International Juried Plastic Camera Show is an international Juried Competition of photographs taken with a plastic, lo-fi camera. The juror is Ann Jastrab, Gallery Director at RayKo Photo Center.

4th Biennial Pinhole Show at RayKo Gallery, San Francisco, Ca.

World Wide Pinhole Photography Day (WPPD) is Sunday, April 28th. As part of the celebration, San Francisco's RayKo Gallery will be holding their 4th Biennial Pinhole Show which is an international, juried contest of photographs taken with pinhole cameras. I am honored that my image "Fall" will be included in the show.

The exhibition dates are April 28th - May 25th with an opening reception on World Wide Pinhole Photography Day: Sunday, April 28th from 3-5pm. Prior to the reception the gallery will be hosting pinhole camera activities from 12-3pm. These activities include: free supplies for making pinhole images, free image uploads onto the WPPD website, as well as a limited enrollment class (fee) with featured pinhole artist, Jo Babcock. 

 Be sure to check out the current exhibit, "6th Annual International Juried Plastic Camera Show", before it goes away on April 22nd - it's a wonderful exhibit.
